Management Consulting Mentorship Program 2025

Are you a student approaching the end of your education and curious about a career in management consulting? Are you wondering how to find your way in the jungle of opportunities after graduation? Then this mentorship program is for you!

Knowit’s Mentorship program introduces you to management consulting

During the mentorship program you will be provided hands-on insight into what a management consultant does at work. We hope to answer any questions you might have on what consulting is actually all about according to us. On top of this, we focus on your personal development, getting to know you, your driving forces, and future plans (and maybe fears). All students will be assigned a mentor and together you decide on your 1:1 coaching sessions.

Four evening sessions, starting in February 2025

The program includes meeting the other students and mentors for four evening sessions, during which real-life cases and exercises are provided to practice common management consulting tools as well as reflection in a group setting. The evening sessions take place at our Stockholm office, and we can assure you – this will involve lots of fun!

Your location doesn’t limit your participation; you can have digital 1:1 sessions with your mentor. However, we ask that you be available to travel to Stockholm for the scheduled evening sessions.
