Developer with Scrum master experience

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for both coding and leading teams? We're on the lookout for someone with a strong background within embedded development who also has started the journey to an experienced Scrum master! What You’ll Be Doing:
You'll get the opportunity to dive into both development and leadership roles, balancing hands-on coding with guiding your team as a Scrum Master. A key part of the position is to stay involved with the tech, reviewing code, troubleshooting challenges, and helping your team excel in their projects. You will also lead Scrum ceremonies and champion Agile practices to keep our projects on track and our teams motivated.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 6+ years in embedded development, with strong skills in C, C++, Linux, and Python. We understand that you might not have worked with them all on an every day basis, but we want you to have your main background within one or two, and maybe touched upon the other ones.
• Scrum Expertise: Certified Scrum Master with a few years of real-world experience leading Agile teams.
• Technical Chops: A solid background in embedded systems, with a deep understanding of the challenges developers face.
• Bonus Points: Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. It's also meritorious if you manage Swedish fluently, both oral and written.
